  • Because I'm a woman, I've had lots of slimy mechanics try to hassle and overcharge me. As a general rule, I don't trust car guys, but I've been coming to Vinson Automotive for fifteen years. There was once when I thought something was going on with my car. I brought it in and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They then told me they couldn't charge me if they couldn't find anything wrong. Who does that? Nobody. Today, I felt my car hesitate as I started it. It was 2:30 on Friday afternoon. I asked if I could bring it in. They told me to come in right away. After an hour, they had fixed the minor problem. They are honest, reasonable and I trust them completely. I can't say enough good things about them.
