  • I called these guys because their rating were so high on Yelp. Richard answered the phone and immediately assured me they'd be at my doorstep within a couple hours. Mind you, we had been without heat for a couple days and it was freezing. We called a couple other places first and nobody was able to get out in a reasonable time frame. Dennis showed up with a smile and great attitude. You could tell air conditioning is his passion. He was literally excited to see what challenge was ahead and while diagnosing it, relished in explaining it to me. I found him to be exceptionally professional and possessed a great work ethic. He never seemed rushed and even went through extra steps to satisfy my desire to understand. When the reason for the call was fixed, he spent time teaching about utilizing the vents properly and then offered to look at my other air conditioning units to offer advice and ideas to consider in the future. I would use them again with enthusiasm. In fact, I wished they were also licensed to deal with water heaters. Sadly, that was not the case. At least I have comfort in knowing who to call next time I have a cooling or heating issue.
