  • I was in Vegas on an all expense paid trip for work. This was a few years ago. I was so mesmerized by the show I missed out on the jackpot. No lie! I had a schedule of music before me and wanted to hear a certain artist. I never played slots before and I sat down and won $50.00 right away. I just did it because I was staying there and waiting for my cab maybe an hour before going to the airport. I do not usually gamble so I didn't know if you have a machine that is paying out you don't leave it. So the artist I wanted to hear their song was on at 8:30PM so I got up from the machine at 8:15 and went to watch the fountain and hear the music. I came back to the machine around 8:40PM only to see the grandma who was watching me before take the machine and win the jackpot. It was a great show but I am not sure if it was worth losing the jackpot! I haven't gambled since.
