This is a beautiful, relaxing resort with a large and busy spa. The golf is terrific, as are the staff and the accommodations. Two comments - 1) The food is mediocre at best - at every restaurant on the property. Considering how wonderful the rest of the accommodations are, it surprises me that the food is always disappointing including on New Year's Eve when the special menu had only meat and lobster choices with every other course accompanied by meat. 2) Be sure not to buy a gift certificate for anyone who you think might use the resort one day. Unlike in California, the gift certificates expire in one year. In other words, spending money on a gift certificate is essentially the same as donating money to Hilton. Overall, I would give this resort 3 1/2 stars.
