| - Took my 10 month old in because she was vomiting excessively and had diarrhea, we arrived at exactly 10:50 pm tonight on 5:218 with my 10 month old baby girl who pal, whining and throwing up, twice as we're waiting and front desk seen still nothing happened in our favor of help, it wasn't until 12:30am our names were called to we proceed to continuous waiting!!!! There was about five other patients who arrived after we did and for some reason they were seen before we were, amongst the people waiting we were the first family in waiting at the time even we witness 2 patients were clearly walked in before and they got quicker service one patient walked in shaking and was called to the back immediately didn't even fill out any paperwork, when I confronted the lady at the front desk about that she says, "he was physically going through something", while I'm standing blank face in front of her wondering if my infant child throwing up and green in the face isn't physical enough. You would think babies would get seen before others since they can not communicate what they are feeling. When we got called to the back finally after waiting damn near two hours we still didn't see a dr immediately, we then walked out. The Drs didn't tell us a word, they just move so slow as if it was a normal GYN office and not an urgent care, extremely disappointed with the care and didn't even see a dr at all, we took our sick baby to the children's hospital instead. Next time we won't even chance it there. Moral of the story if you think because you have a baby you will be seen before others don't even bother with this place they don't care.
