  • WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Do not buy a car from here. They do not make you feel like they're helping you buy a car for your needs, but just pushing a sale. First they will sell you a car for a good deal then call you back a week later saying "we need the car back because the bank didn't approve you". I then said, "you told me the bank approved me for the interest rate that we agreed on". they just told me "we just make a sale on what we THINK the bank will approve you for". It's funny because then they'll try to sell you another car that's USED and costs more. On top of that, they will try to install a TRACKING DEVICE in your car in case you don't make a payment. Seriously, there are red flags everywhere with this place. Just beware that you will have to come back to return your car once you purchase a good deal because their credit system is all sorts of fucked up fuckery. I know i'm not the only one as I read these other Yelp reviews with the same story that happened to them. Honestly, take your business to another dealership. There's plenty of them across the street from Honda. The worst part is the finance guy lied to my face and sent information over to the bank without my permission. When confronted about it, he lied and acted like he didn't know what was going on. He was a sarcastic asshole afterwards. When I talked about how rude he was being and said "wow all you want to do is make a sale" he smirked with "yes I do!" He didn't care how rude he was being or how ILLEGAL it is to hide information from me and send my info to banks without my permission. This guy will be the reason I never buy from Honda ever again. Never finance with Jon O'Connell. And I shit you not, the salesmen will contact you after your sale and ask you to write a good Yelp review for them. I have proof of this. So I would be a little sketch with some of these 5 star reviews on here.
