Wow. These reviews are so polar. I use this location frequently. Everybody here is wonderful. They're straight forward, accommodating, they do their best to get you a car you want. You can pay a bit extra to offset the carbon emissions of the rental.
The store manager is very nice and that spreads to the others. Paige is especially charming.
One thing I don't like, however, is the intense air freshener they use. It's an air poisoner, not freshener. Artificial apple. It's like vape jolly rancher hell. The store on Bell and 32nd doesn't use air spray killing me softly not softly.
However regarding the people here, they're top notch. You get a sense that they want to be at Enterprise and that they know renting cars is a pain. They will all go very, very far with the company.
For what it's worth, if you live nearby you can sell you car, pocket the savings, and rent from Enterprise when you absolutely need a car. Think of the savings. By giving up your car you could save $500 to $700 a month. Plus you'd walk more and therefore lose weight and be hip.
