  • Awesome service here. My iPhone 6s Plus died a few months ago and I felt like I was doomed since my phone is basically like my lifeline so I tried Apple live chat but unfortunately my problem couldn't be solved so I rushed here and was immediately helped by an Apple Genius. He took my phone and and plug it Into some strange looking Apple device and found out my battery was dead. So at this point I had the assumption of having to buy a new phone. But fortunately I had Apple Care and when the Genius told me to wait he came out with a brand new iPhone 6s Plus for me. He told me he would replace my phone and you should've seen the look on my face. Everyone has smiling and laughing and I gave a big hug to the Genius man.
