I visited the mall as this was one of my stomping grounds due to growing up in Monroeville. I was visiting my daughter and wanted to show my friend the local mall. I was actually pretty impressed and she thought the place was big. This mall is still standing since being built in 1969. It has adjusted to the changing times and is still popular. Than again, the only competition are strip malls in the area. I saw this mall as a comparison to the Malls in Michigan. It was clean, lots of stores and name brand items. There are outdoor vendors as well as indoors. I have read reviews stating that the mall has bad clientele. I fortunately did not see this while I was there. I had a nice experience and enjoyed the experience overall.
