My husband has had two brain surgeries and six weeks of Radiation therapy this year. He went to Jared's in Scottsdale, opened a credit card account(un benounced to me) and purchased $7,800.00 worth of Jewler for me for a Christmas present. I totally disliked what he purchased, and made a mental note to return it ASAP. The first of January we headed to Salt Lake University Hospital for numerous tests for two weeks straight. We just got home, I called Jared's and asked to return these items. My response from Jared's manager was NO..Policy is only 30 days. Humm, missed it by 3 days, with no consideration of my husband's condition. Even though we have purchased $50,000 from them in the past. The worst customer service! Now I have thousands of dollars in medical bills, a $7,800 Jared's credit card bill, and Neil Lane jewelery I will never ware. Jared's Scottsdale sucks!!!!
