| - I was really pleased the first time I went here and had an oil change. I like how they offer a discount for returning customers.
This last time, however, was a little disappointing. I needed and oil change and also had a headlight out. I know my headlights are temperamental and need special care to replace, which is why I wanted a professional shop to do it at the same time as my oil change. They did my headlight no problem and I am happy with how quick & easy that was.
But, they made a really BAD excuse for why they could not do my oil change. They told me all the bays on the opposite side of the garage were full & I would have to come back tomorrow because my car was "too low" for the bays on the side I was already parked in getting my headlight changed. Well, I was already on the opposite side of town, a 45 minute drive. Coming back the next day was more than inconvenient. And I feel like it was a blatant lie, their excuse. Because I pointed out the prior time I had my oil changed, it was in the EXACT bay I was sitting in this time. Why was my car suddenly too "low" to have an oil change in the same bay it was done the prior time?! It was over an hour before closing time. So, I feel like they just didn't want to do it and made a dumb excuse to where it inconvenienced me and I would have to make a long drive back & forth the next day.
Needless to say, I was pretty pissed after having called prior to arriving to make sure the service could be done. I'm glad my headlight was taken care of. But I can't say I am too determined to return for oil change service after this. Unless they did a massive renovation, I don't see how my car is "too low" to have an oil change in the SAME bay it was done 3 months prior.
