I scheduled a $20.00 tune up on my AC, then ACE called me back to remind me that I have a service contract so there would be no charge.
Francisco was my service tech, he was very nice, the first question he asked was how old is your filter? I said it needed to be replace and he said if you have one I'll replace it for you. I really appreciated that. After inspecting my AC he gave me the status of my AC and did not try to sell me, he simply said what might be necessary in the future with a quoted cost.
The service window was 12:00 - 3:00 and they were late at that but I figured since it was 110 degrees outside they were pretty busy.
