  • Again a tear a bull expieriance. I bought a nextbook 10. Online through Walmart and paid cash through PayPal. The tablet is not working so i took it to customer service this morning for an exchange. The person waiting on me was fine and helpfull. Till!! I told them i paid withh PayPal. Then the manager was called. DANA THE MANAGER. Would not leave her office and stood iin the door instructing the counter person what to tell me. DANA never came to soeak to me and basically made faces and shook her head from her office. I have spent all day trying to get online help or phone help to get this return done. No progress has been made. Wait times for phone are 20 minutes and its a continuous loop trying to get an online return accomplished. Do not buy from walmart online. And do not use PayPal as they will not respect itt as a good payment. Dana was inconsiderate and should be removed from the pisition she is in as she is clearly not at all interested in helping anyone. Walmart shame on you for putting your customers through this nasty return dilema just for using PayPal.
