Finally a dealership service department that actually gives a damn! Serious hats off to the service manager Kelly and Vern who went above and beyond to help me out after using their online scheduler proved ineffective.
Needed to get my car up to code for an emissions test asap and had very little time to do it. I was getting the runaround from nearly every dealership in the valley and no one could schedule me for another week with labor estimated at a full day...just to diagnose a check engine light?!
I risked it and decided to schedule an appointment (online) with this dealership I hadn't been to and come in while I had the time off work. The online scheduler sucks because a lot gets lost in translation and no dealership could understand that I just needed to find out why my engine light was on and then I can schedule repair at a later time, nothing complicated. I had lost hope and after explaining my situation to Kelly they could at least perform the diagnosis and, since it wasn't an extensive repair, even repaired the issue I had same day!! Badda Bing Badda Boom!
Kelly was very easy/fun to talk to, treats you like a human being instead of just rushing you in and out when busy, and Vern took the time to explain the other issues with my car with no hassle. So grateful to finally have a place I feel comfortable coming to and can get quality dealership parts. Thank you!!
