rev:text	While I think the dr truly cares about the welfare of the animals that he sees, there are some issues with the staff. I take my dog in for a mass removal and the staff asks if I want it analyzed . Didn't tell me that it costs $150 nor explained what the analysis was for (I'm guessing to determine if it's cancerous). And then when you go to pick up your pet they insist that you pay first before bringing your pet out. Meanwhile there are two other staff members just sitting there. How about some multitasking folks? How a about if one processes the payment and the other gets my dog AT THE SAME TIME!!
