  • Terrible experience all the way around. I cannot even stress how terrible this company is and their business ethics. I have had their services for 4 months now and each month the billing has been a complete nightmare. Every agent I speak to offers me a different deal and the bill is really high for the same channels I get for free in my bedroom that I made with a homemade antenna with foil. Quite telling why this company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. I would save yourself some time and headache and search for another company that is provided in your area. They will speak to you on the phone and sound so confident that they have resolved your problem until you get your bill. When you get your bill you will never be able to speak to that same agent again as they do not provide their last name or agent code. The worst company I have ever done business with. Just got my bill yesterday and it is $37 more then quoted and I asked the girl to even incorporate state taxes and everything. I asked her to incorporate my internet as well with the quote. Well the TV is $37 more and it doesn't even include the internet which is another $55 which will be coming soon. Such a nightmare. It is so bad I recommended to the agent to seek another career or a different company as she is going to be miserable her whole life working for this company. I had to coach her on a few things over the phone she was terrible just as the other six agents I have spoke with in the last 4 months.
