  • I live in San Francisco and needed to find a Salon and Spa to prep me and my friend for a meeting with Cher after her show. Scandals was the exact ticket we were looking for. I tried to contact a few places, but Catherine's response was not only prompt but also comforting. We went straight from the airport and spent our day at Scandals. Massage with Suzie with hot stones, ooh ah la, facial with Faye, a little lunch break on with the Manicure and Pedicure. Then shampoo and style with Betts - hairstylist to the Starz and finally the finishing touches of makeup with Catherine. I've never looked so good. The atmosphere is not pretentious and yet everyone there has uber years of experience doing their craft. Everyone worked really well together as witnessed in timing and cheer. The place was super busy, but I always felt like the most important customer. That is truly remarkable.
