  • I have been living in the area for a few years now and this is the first place I go whenever I need to fix something, or just need a little piece for my place. I am surprised by Saver S and RH's reviews. Prices might be a little higher for some things (but not in the order of 20-25%, check your prices guys!), as it is the case for most independently owned store. But I have to strongly disagree with the quality of the service. I have been able to return many pieces, either for exchange for another piece (the first one not fitting for a reason or another, so opened packages not an issue), or get a refund with a suggestion of where to go to find what I exactly need. I have also got really good suggestions from them of how to fix things without having to buy anything from them. They have ordered in products for me as well. Basically, I always have got a better service there than any other hardware store I have been. I never got yelled at or witnessed any situations like these.
