family went to Twin Creeks for Xmas dinner. Family member noticed his alcoholic drink glass was cracked after taking several sips. Server was called who offered another drink. Family member didn't want another replacement drink but didn't finish drink. Lost desire to drink or eat there, since service was slightly below rediocre. When bill came, we were charged for the drink. When server questioned about the charge of the drink still on the tab, he said because several sips were taken, drink had to be paid for. Asked to speak to mgr, who agreed. Finally, drink with broken/cracked glass was removed from bill. This restaurant doesn't seem to understand that if a patron discovers something afterward partially eating/drinking something, some diners lose their appetite. We weren't contesting payiing for the other items on the bill, only the one drink that was served with the cracked glass.
