  • I came here to service my bike because I got a gift certificate that was about to expire soon. The owner, Tom, was so helpful and knowledgeable, he quickly glanced at my bike and figured out that I don't need to waste money on tune-up since nothing was wrong except the fact that I want to take full-advantage of the gift certificate. He immediately offered to extend the GC, quiet satisfied with his offer and how he handled the situation. Tom, I will definitely come back here soon to get my bike supplies.
