  • Stay far away from Cardinal! Everything is a bait and switch. They are disorganized and treat their customers with a level of disrespect I would expect from a payday lender not a bank. They really need to terminate their employee Gary Jones, he is probably going to cause them a lawsuit soon considering he threatened me on the phone and then refused to give me his name or the name of his supervisor.
