  • Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I've been here several times, usually for recall stuff and the issues are never fixed the first time. My service rep, Brian, never gives a recap of the services provided, or makes sure the issues are resolved. My most recent issue was a recall for a leaky fuel heater. We took the truck in, yet they only fixed the electrical component, not the faulty o-ring. Now, my truck is leaking diesel fuel, and they cannot get me in for 5 days. His recommendation was not to drive it too much until then. If this is how service is run, I wonder how the sales staff operates.
