  • Join another credit union... the member service here sucks.. I have spent 3 days and over 7 hours on the phone over a $35 charge that they refuse to reverse despite the fact that they screwed up my bill pay account AND I'm still out $500 waiting for the "re-sent" payments to post to my VISA account at another credit union, where the service is outstanding I've had banks treat me better than this
