  • I purchased a tour through Groupon and I guess that's why I didn't get a return call. I was in Vegas for only a week and called them 2 times before I arrived and also tried to make contact with an email. No response at all. I then contacted Groupon and they even tried to make contact to no avail. Thank goodness Groupon refunds your money.
