  • I walked in with one mission, to get a set of keys made. And I did just that. I walked up to the key making station and when I was noticed, I just said I needed keys made. All four keys I had made looked the same. I thought that the associate working this section was trying to up sale me on the keys when he pulled out the colorful ones. All I wanted was a simple set of keys. After contemplating for about two minutes I went with his suggestion. It was actually pretty smart. Four similar keys with a different color on them probably would make it easier for my roommate to decipher which key worked for what door. And the price differential was only about $.10. Friendly and helpful, that's the way it should be when it comes to customer service.
