  • I was a former patient of Dr. Cantor at this practice until Dr. Pounds bought into the practice. I've been a patient here for over 15 years until recently. I had a balance at the office, her office manager Scott called me in regards to the balance and spoke to me so rudely over the phone. He told me that my appointment had been canceled until I paid the balance. It did not sit well with me, so I asked for a call back from Dr. Pounds. Dr. Pounds completely ignored it, never returned my call instead I received a letter stating I couldn't return to the practice. I was devastated because I trusted her with my dental work for myself and family so I felt I was starting back at square one. To my surprise Dr. Cantor is back practicing! This news couldn't have come at a better time! Dr. Pounds isn't worth the time of day! Run from this practice.
