  • Went for an oil change and was met with terrible customer service. Only 1 car ahead of me, yet I waited for 10 minutes before the counter person (who kept dismissing himself to go into the work bay & drink coffee and snack on Pringles) asked what I wanted. I said oil change please, he said where's you car? I didn't know I was supposed to park in front of the bays before discussing service. He just said, well bring it around. I did, but when I returned to the counter he was back in the work area smoking a cigarette. Is that even smart/legal? I promptly went back out to my vehicle & left. Nothing about this place was pleasant or Jiffy! This was my second visit, my first would have received a 3 star for ok service.
