Eating here on the last night of Vegas has became a tradition for my bf & I. He thinks that Chinese broths cure his hangover, but I can't agree with him since I don't know what a hangover feels like.
We ordered:
Cantonese beef stew noodle - big chunks of meat and bone marrow with egg noodles. Broth was too bland for me, but it can be fixed with some chili oil and soy sauce...
Har Gow - tastes like every Har Gow I've tried..
Si Jiu Beef pan-toasted noodles - I love the crisp of the noodle, sauce was seasoned well. I love this dish very much.
Szechwan Beef and Shanghai noodles were a big hit as well.
