  • We have used the Services of Urban for maybe two years now and are extremely happy. A couple of times within the 60 warranty period, Scorpions came out and after calling (texting) Urban, they sent someone out within a day or two to re-spray at N/C. Last week we found out our Dog picked up some Fleas and again I texted them and Brad the Owner took it on himself and came out with a different spray just for fleas and again N/C because it was within my 60 day Warranty. You just cannot get better then that. Also, if I could give stars to Amber the person you schedule with, I would give here a 5 PLUS. She is fantastic and takes care of you fast and efficient and always with what sounds like she must have a smile of her face.
