  • I have previously gotten my nails done here and it was great! Great service, nice atmosphere... However, today I came in with my mother as a Mother's Day treat and didn't have an appointment. As such, we understood that it might be a bit of a wait. They told me that they could fit us in 40 minutes later, so we suggested that we would make an appointment for an hour later- so that they could accommodate us. We showed up an hour later and wait 10 minutes after our appointment (and after someone that had come in after us had complained and she then got seated for a pedicure). We were told that they were waiting for hot water, but yet couldn't we have just gotten a manicure? After 30 minutes of waiting around with little communication, we decided to leave. While this place is very close to my house, I will NOT be back due to their excuses and lack of communication overall... The crossing should get a new nail place.
