  • I live across the country, and I have never ordered flowers directly from a florist before. The staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone. They suggested I get a seasonal arrangement vs. selecting flowers off their website. I am so glad that I did! They did a wonderful job selecting gorgeous flowers for a "get well" arrangement. I am so pleased. I always ordered off 1800 flowers, and I am so grateful I did not do that. They also sent the flowers out that day, which was great. Plus the flowers lasted a very long time. I am very satisfied! Oh, I also wanted to add that the only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they added me to their emailing list without my permission. They offered to send an email receipt, which was fine, but made no mention they were going to add me to their email list.
