Nice, clean, & friendly old world Italian. (1962) By that I mean, lots of tomatoes ergo somewhat acidic sauces. Minestrone was very bland, more akin to a tomatoey vegetable soup. Caesar was basically cold chopped romaine with tasteless parmesan (probably domestic) peels. It really needed garlic & a hint of anchovy to make it close to anything decent. Prices are commensurate with their quality tho if you're looking for relatively cheap eats.
