  • I am starting a grass roots campaign against this sleazy dealership! As if the experience we had wasn't bad enough, now we find out that the warranty we paid for wasn't what was represented to us! The warranty was a HUGE deal breaker for us and we were told we were purchasing 100k mile warranty on the vehicle...after hours of working that out we were told yes, you are purchasing the 100k warranty, as if we bought a brand new car! We were ready to walk away from the deal, we didn't need the car, still had warranty left on my trade in. So now my air bag system is shut down and the warranty requires I pay a deductible and warranty might not even cover the cost to repair whatever is causing the issue! This place must train their salesmen to lie and to make the deal no matter what lies you tell them...and when they discover the lie later on down the road just act dumb! I will spend a few minutes everyday spreading the word everywhere how this dealership operates! That is the commitment I am making to make people aware that AutoNation Hyundai Tempe are crooked, liars and rip off artists! I could care less if anyone had a nice experience with them, so did I when I purchased our 1st car from them back in 08...but this experience TRUMPS that!!! I will not soon forget the way this dealership has treated us...I will only stay diligent in spreading the truth behind their tactics!!!! They lie...they do not care how it effects peoples lives...so look for a review everyday :)
