  • Really lacklustre customer service at this location. It's unbelievable that this is a Macys store. I recently moved from CA where everyone is on hand to help make shopping experience memorable. Here is a different story as it seems you have to beg the reps to help you. Just helping you find something is a chore for them and they're so lazy and arrogant and never volunteer to help order items that are not in store. In fact, it's mind boggling and I will not be surprised if this store closes.
