  • I purchased my very first Living Social coupon for Snapdragon and set my appointment a few days later. Nicole was very pleasant on the phone and got me in right away. I was booked with Janelle and she was finishing up with an appointment when I arrived. Nicole greeted me and offered me a drink. Then Janelle came over to introduce herself, and let me know she was finishing up with a client. Right away I felt in the presence of warm company. The studio was beautifully decorated and inviting, as well. Janelle really took the time to go over what I wanted for a cut. She even got out her computer to pull up a photo of an actress I mentioned as a reference. She fully explained every detail of what she planned to do and asked my opinion. Not only was she on top of things when it came to the cut, but she was so personable and held a great conversation. I have a ton of hair and it takes a lot longer to cut my locks. Time flew by with this cut because we got along so well. She did an excellent job thinning out my hair while maintaining the length. I have thick, course hair, but I want to grow it out. There was a huge pile of hair on the floor, but it didn't look like she really cut the length. That was great. After she cut my hair, she went over a quick and easy way to style it. Being that my hair is so unmanageable, this was really useful. Usually I just tie it up in a ponytail and call it a day because I can never get it to look like it does in the salon. Though I didn't perfect my style like she did, I felt very confident doing my own hair. It turned out great the next day and was easy to pull off. That is a gift I rarely leave with after a salon trip. Overall, this was a great experience and I will definitely return. From the looks of it, the salon is filled with high quality professionals who are truly passionate about their work and clients. Though I am partial to Janelle and would send anyone to her, I think it's a safe bet that everyone provides equally outstanding serving.
