  • I just had my carpets cleaned by Steve at Carpetstar. They look amazing & the house smells fresh & clean, not wreaking of chemicals like other times I have had my carpets cleaned by other companys. Steve was very flexible & worked with my schedule since we are doing some home remodeling. He did such a great job of prepping the floors & vacuuming. I have noticed that other company's skip this step sometimes. Steve is the owner of the company and it was so nice to deal with him directly. He gave me a great price & I think my carpet's look way better than any other time that I have had them cleaned. I am having him back to clean my upholstery in a month after my brother in law & his family visit. Our relatives are bringing their 5 & 3 year old so I know the couches will be trashed. Steve was also dressed very professionally & his truck looked nice, unlike some of the scary looking dudes I have had doing work on the house in the past. It's nice to know there are still trustworthy honest service companies out there in AZ.
