  • Found on the concourse between Mandalay and Luxor. This burger place has been featured on some of the food channels. There was a modest wait for a little after lunch. Staff was not too friendly nor incredibly anxious to help. After getting seated, staff took a few minutes to get in order beverage requests and food order. Good variety of items to try and we tried various burgers. I ordered the house special for the lunch at a medium rare. Burger was seasoned appropriately. Lightly sauced. The beef out closer to medium well. A side of golden steak fries were served along side. Water refills through the meal had to be requested. Check settlement took a bit longer after finishing the meal. Good: fries were tasty. Burger was seasoned appropriately. Bad: mediocre service, slightly overcooked for my liking was the burger, and a little overpriced for being away from center of the main strip. Willing to try again someday but so many options.
