  • My heat stopped working. I called Flores and another highly reviewed company. They both told me the same repairs need to be made. Flores was less expensive. Their quote to replace my whole 12 year old system was also lower than their competitor. I chose to just have the repairs done. I know the clock is ticking on my 12 year old system. Jorge's communication was excellent and there were no suprises.
