  • I went in there today and all I wanted was a quote for a new keyboard for my macbook air. The lady there said talk to that girl over there by the genius bar, so I did. The lady at the genius bar referred me back to the first lady I talked to! And then preceded to tell me she has no idea how much a new keyboard would cost and I need to bring it in. She said "if you were asking a car repair shop how much a repair would be they would tell you to bring in the car because they don't know what's wrong with it" although you can call car repair shops all day long and ask for quotes and they will provide them. What a "genius" at the genius bar! Those people have no idea what they are doing!
