rev:text	Very courteous when trying to make a sale. After the sale not so much. My bill jumped almost hundred dollars after they switched plans when they told me my bill would be lower. When I went in to ask questions the manager "Darien" was very condescending and asked me a couple times if I didnt hear him the first time. Not everyone is going to understand about the customer service related problems that he has repetitively been explaining over and over again to I'm guessing a multitude of customers. I have been in construction and customer service related jobs most of my adult life and very rarely have I experienced customer service like this.
