  • The people working here are so nice. I didn't have an appointment because I thought it was a walk in (which it is if you're self cleaning your dog) but for grooming you need an appointment unless it is slow. Anyways I didn't have one and they were busy but Diana decided to help me since it was my first time there which was so sweet of her. She actually ended up staying there grooming my dog till almost 9pm even though they closed at 7pm. I think that is dedication to giving amazing customer service. :) thanks Diana!
