| - The technician was very professional, hard-working, and friendly. I thought I had rain-sensing glass, but I didn't. Even thought the glass ordered was wrong for my vehicle, the technician called his manager immediately, got the proper glass, and came back same day (beyond normal working hours), and got it done!!! A word of caution about dealerships... If you have a front camera attached to your glass for lane departure sensing, your dealer must re-calibrate the camera. When I went into my dealership, they claimed that the safelite technician lied to me and that the safelite technician should have done it. That was completely wrong. I checked my car's manual and it clearly said that the DEALER MUST re-calibrate the camera. So, don't let your dealership fool you into thinking that the Safelite technician didn't do their job right. Pull out your manual and show them that they, as the DEALER, must re-calibrate the camera. I'm not saying it's free to get this done, but the DEALER is the correct place to go to get this done (at least for now). I hear that in the future, glass replacement companies may offer front camera re-calibration as an additional service. But, not at the point that I am writing this review. If your dealer gives you flack about it, just show them their own manual.
