  • Signal butte Ross stores so bad now I been shopping by Ross for all my life but at this signal Ross so many trouble to me. when I get the return items. 1- last year return some dresses they did not let me return them. because I lost my receipt. That's fine I understand some company the policy required. I am a businessman I understood that. So I forget about it. 2- tonight is my bad Nigth again. I brought 18 items on Sep/30 but I still have 5 days for returned. Because I am so busy on snow bird season I don't have time bring 2 items to return after few days when I saw the side so big to me. But anyway I still know i had receipt with me and I am not late and not expiration yet in this time. Wow my gad I don't believe this time they told me they don't let me return for this item they told because this kind the brand it is not at Ross stores ( Ross stores don't have this kind the brand so they don't let me return even I had my receipt with me. But I told them I want you to check it for me because all my clothes I only brought from here (only from Ross stores) and I am every for sure about it because I don't how to drive very well so I only can shopping from this Ross stores because it is from my job. Anh then she call The manager she take care my case she was so mean and mad she said what do I do for you now? I tell her I want to return it. She said OK I just do it this time but next time sorry about it. Wow my gad I told her I brought almost $400 but I just return $14 you get mad to me like that. And then she talk something to another worker very fast mad English I don't understand very well ( because I am a Vietnamese not English very well now) I am thinking about for next time. how can I do if I shopping from Ross stores what the brand from Ross stores....... I am So nervous because how can I know what the brand from Ross stores and what the brand they are not accept for returned. So I think the best way before check out need to take pictures of all items. 3- every time i check out need to waiting at less 20mins because they just have 2 lines cashiers but I am still ok to them. ( because I just like shopping from Ross) Tonight I could not sleep when I thinking about them was mad and mean to me. So I take all my clothes find down what are the brand they don't gave return. Wow my goodness the brand they told me I got one look the Same. How come and what is going on to me ?
