  • Davey has served us twice on our visits to the cocktail room and he has always met us with professionalism and expertise! on our second visit we tried absinthe for the first time and his recommendation was superb. as a fan of craft cocktails, he has exceeded our expectations every time. he is very knowledgeable of his menu as well as spirits outside of the establishments menu. we will definitely be back to see him because he has always provided exceptional service! the drinks are seasoned as we noticed a change in menu. however, their drinks are always eccentric so ordering seems to never be an issue (besides the fact that I would order almost every one! lol)!
