  • Went for microderm and massage and honestly 80% of the time was spent on something other than the microderm. A lot of cleansing and applying of creams, which I appreciate is part of the process, but it's NOT the process. The equipment seems very old and unable to do what it's intended, the place is like something right out of the 80s. The esthetician (if she can be called that), left at one point and left me there for like 15 minutes, presumably because the mask she applied needed that time to act, but she didn't tell me. I was left in the room alone wondering WTF. Anyway, very mediocre experience.
