Came in to simply add my husband to my bank account and being that there was already 2 people in line looking as irritated as could be we should have known to leave. Customer service doesn't seem to be at the top of the list for chase. Knowing and seeing that their customers have been waiting for 30+ minutes you would think that would try and help the customers, instead they chose to talk about their Disneyland vacations and life. So loudly in fact that we could hear them across the building. Chase is just really disappointing with customer service.
