rev:text	I have been a patient at this office for four years and have been brushed to the side each time I go in for an appointment. They keep changing the doctor or PA that I am supposed to see each time, and their reason is b/c that doctor or PA doesn't work there anymore. I have never met Dr Rudgear. I finally got fed up and am switching to a different doctor and practice. Rudgear's office called me at 6:30am the day of my 8am appointment and cancelled on me. If I did this to them, I would be charged a late cancellation fee, but they don't care about doing it to me. They offered no solution to fit me in that day or any other day. My lab results are waiting and their policy is that they will not give out lab info over the phone. I'm also almost out of medication and now I have to work around these issues that they caused. I asked for a phone call back from my PA to work out the issues, but have still not received a simple call. This office is LAME and should be avoided.
