  • I received a coupon for a haircut. This was my first time in this location. Wait time was close to 15 minutes which was not bad since there was two others in front of me. Now my issue was with the stylist, who's name I do not remember but it started with a T in her 30's. She was rude and judging. I told her I wanted 2-3 inches cut off and layers with the shortest layer shoulder length. She first went on how 3 inches won't make a difference. She also said "and you tried going with this color in your hair" in a judging way. And also said a couple times, I really don't want to cut your hair in layers this much. The whole time she kept asking me "are you sure?" "do you know how short that is?" On top of it, she never asked me how I part my hair, so now my hair is not even. I don't mind conversation, but do not stand there and make these remarks while cutting my hair like I don't know what shoulder length is or what 3in is. I know exactly how I want my hair so just cut it, if there is a problem with that please tell me so I can wait for the next stylist! IF I go back definitely won't let her cut my hair again.
