  • Jon Martinez was instrumental and extremely helpful in getting my son a diversion plea deal on a domestic violence charge so that once the diversion conditions are met, the charge will be completely dismissed. This was by far the best result we could have hoped for. Jon is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him!
