  • Just got off the phone with "Stephanie" and she was so helpful and informative. She clearly outlined my options, located some great seats and gave some great suggestions. She even called back when she couldn't find my reservation which I accidentally placed for the wrong day and then immediately corrected it for me without even being asked. Being a business owner myself, it is great to see excellent customer service that goes above and beyond. She is a true asset to the company and should be recognized accordingly. Thanks again Julie.
